Understanding Your AIS Member ProfileBasic Profile Management
The AIS Member Profile is an important and valuable tool to keep you connected to AIS and its members. To better understand your AIS member profile, please click through this tutorial, which will lead you through the details of basic profile management.

To access your online profile, click “Login” at the top of the webpage and
enter your username and password into the appropriate boxes.

If you’ve forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot your password?” link to retrieve this
information.
You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. This email will be sent to
the primary email address in your AIS profile. If you don't receive the email message with instructions, please send a message to [email protected]
for assistance.

Once logged in, you will see this screen. This is your profile homepage. Here, you
can upload a profile picture, see news feeds from your groups, view your bio, and
much more!
The links located on the right hand side of this webpage show the options for
managing your AIS profile.

The Manage Profile page allows you to maintain your member profile. Here, you can join SIGs,
join an AIS Chapter, edit your contact information and view your membership
information.

How to Join a SIG or AIS Chapter

To join a SIG, you must click the “SIG Membership purchase page”, unless you have previously purchased SIG
membership with your AIS membership. If so, skip to slide 11.

After locating the SIG you would like to join, please click “view product”.
You can then add the SIG to your cart and purchase the SIG membership on
the checkout page.

To join an AIS Chapter, click the “Edit Bio” icon. Since AIS Chapter
membership doesn’t require a fee, there is no transaction involved.

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page in order to select your Chapter
Membership. Please check each chapter you’d like to join and click
“save changes”.

After joining a SIG or Chapter, please visit the “Community Groups page” in
order to ensure that you’re able to interact with other group members.

Click the “SIGs and Chapters” link to view a list of all SIGs and Chapters.

Find the SIG or Chapter you wish to join and click on the link to view the
group.

Here you will see the group’s homepage. Click on the “Join Group”
link to complete the process.

How to Change Your Contact Information

To change any of your contact information, including your username and password, click on the “Edit Bio”
icon on the Manage Profile page.

On the “Edit My Member Profile” page, you can change any of your
contact information, including your email address, phone number, and
organization, as well as your username and password.

Clicking the “change” link next to your username and password prompts another window to open, allowing
you to change the information.

Once you’ve change your information, don’t forget to scroll to the very
bottom of the page and click “save changes”.

How to Access Your Membership Information

To access information about your membership, click “Membership Info”
on the right hand side of the page.

This page allows you to view your membership term and securely renew
your membership.

Also on this page, you can print/view invoices and receipts and securely submit payment for membership renewals if you
