SOCKETS Triple socket junctions and double socket bends allow the fittings to be easily connected and assembled.

Rotationally moulded fittings with controlled tolerances means the fittings are manufactured to exacting

standards. This allows for accurate and consistent internal socket diameters for convenience in installation. Double moulded sockets on the fittings are excellent for compression resistance and also provide the user with consistent socket sizes.

Smooth bores throughout each fitting provide added convenience at the installation stage.

Smooth walled tapered sockets are designed to aid jointing at the installation stage.

FITTINGS Lightweight and robust, allowing for easier handling, making installation quicker and easier than non-plastic fittings – 94% lighter than concreate and with reduced health and safety risks.

Manufactured from polyethylene (PE) which is resistant to naturally occurring chemicals and therefore suitable for use in most soil conditions.

Fittings have been awarded BBA Approval, which means they can be combined with any relevant manufacturer’s polyethylene Twinwall Pipes and the certificate will still cover the whole system.

Manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

BODY Tough, ribbed body ensures an extremely rigid and durable product with excellent resistance to deformation.

The ribbed exterior stiffens and strengthens the body, allowing it to take higher compressive loads whilst maintaining its long-term shape.

The system will have a service life in excess of 50 years.

Smooth inner surface assists the hydraulic flow through the fitting.

STORM CRATES

Providing a highly effective means of managing stormwater, helping to reduce the risk of flooding, our Storm Crates are modular geocellular units, for below ground stormwater attenuation, surface water infiltration and soakaway systems.

Extensive use of this type of stormwater attenuation module has helped relieve pressure on conventional surface water drainage systems, in line with the Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) programme, as advocated by the Environment Agency.

Ideal for use in all residential, commercial and industrial projects.

CRATES FIT TOGETHER QUICKLY AND EASILY WITH FOUR CONNECTORS PER BLOCK.

Four connectors are included with each crate.Spare connectors available.

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT Highly effective means of managing stormwater, helping to reduce the risk of flooding.

Rainwater infiltration – our Storm Crates can be wrapped in geotextile fabric to allow stored water to slowly seep into the surrounding ground and back into the water table. Rainwater attenuation – surround Storm Crates with an impermeable geomembrane to create a sealed underground tank, allowing you to control a slow release of stored water back into the drainage system over a long period.

STORMWATER CAPACITY The cellular structure maximises water-holding abilities, with each Crate able to hold 300litres/0.3m³

The modular nature of our Storm Crates allows the system to be scaled to runoff requirements. E.g. 10 Storm Crates will store 3m³ of stormwater.

QUICK & EASY TO INSTALL Weighing only 18kg per module, they can be easily lifted and placed by hand, with no need for heavy lifting equipment.

The shallow installation depths – a minimum 250mm cover required above crates for driveway loading and a minimum 500mm for lorry loading – means less dig and site spoil.

Individual modules are joined using practical connectors – a very simple but effective joining method – allowing crates to be fitted together quickly and with ease.

The Crates are fully inspectable for future maintenance.

LOAD BEARING CAPACITY The lorry bearing design ensures extreme load capacity as a result of the Crate’s stable column structure.

Our Storm Crates facilitate SLW 60-bearability with a 500mm (19.7’’) covering – the equivalent of a vehicle of up to 60 tonnes.

Designed to bear a long-term load of approximately 3.5t/m².

No limits on the use and design of the surface over the system and Crates may be successfully installed under parking areas, driveways and landscaped areas.
