• Applicants will be able to log in on line and complete an application

form with UKA.

• Verification can also be completed on line

• UKA will send the details by secure government electronic transfer

(eBulk) overnight to the DBS

• Processing can take as little as two days.

• Automatically populates Trinity on return and requests a licence

issue.

• No requirement to send in your green certificate

• UKA are notified of any issues on a certificate and will then follow up

with the applicant.

How do I do it?

• Access the myathletics portal via the link

• https://livemyathletics.uka.org.uk/ManageMyClub/Members/Login

• Update your personal details.

• Click on the link to renew your DBS

What if I am not at a club

• From the verification page you are able to print off a sheet which you

can then take to your verifier.

• They complete the form and post it in to Athletics Welfare who do the

rest.
