TECHNICAL DESIGN SERVICES

Our in-house Technical Design team are experts in their field, designing bespoke solutions in-house, or carrying out stability checks on existing designs. We have an ongoing Research & Development programme, constantly looking to improve our solutions and bring new technology to market.

The company provides technical consultancy and support services through our vastly experienced and specialist technical design department.

MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY

Dedicated UK manufacturing sites include the Port of Blyth, with direct access to the deepwater berth for direct loadout onto awaiting vessels. This strategic facility enables direct access to the North Sea, negating the need for road transportation & reducing overall project costs. With an exceptional reputation for customer service & a can do attitude, the Port of Blyth match Pipeshield’s ambitions and expectations for quality control and project delivery.

Montrose offers a convenient supply base for the busy Aberdeen Oil & Gas sector as well as the ever increasing Renewables sectors and Marine Civils. This large site keeps a large stock of products including concrete mattresses in our standard range of sizes. Our site is within 10 minutes of the busy port of Montrose.

QUALITY & SERVICE

Pipeshield is located at Battleship Wharf on the North side of the River Blyth. It is the ports deepwater berth and is situated at the widest part of the river.

Our full suite of products can be manufactured onsite and delivered in a cost effective way from one of the leading ports in the country.

DECOMMISSIONING

From Battleship Wharf we offer decommissioning services, taking recovered concrete products and responsibly disposing of them for you. Nearly 100% of the product can be recycled or used as a bi-product.

Based in Montrose, Scotland we have been providing products and services across all sectors for a number of years and hold a large amount of stock onsite. Links to the ports of Montrose & Aberdeen are fast and straightforward.

We have a large portfolio of specialist handling & installation equipment including frames & beams. These include heavy duty static, quick release & even twin release installation frames. We also have a large fleet of our patented High Payload Wet Store System for reducing handling & installation times. These are also great for decommissioning of mattresses.
