UHDA was founded on 1st July 2001 and registered under Section 10 of the Societies Act on 29th September 2003 with its founding members being:

UHDA’s objective is to liaise with relevant authorities of National and County Government to achieve developments in the key areas of infrastructure and security in order to achieve our vision for Upperhill District.

Businesses, residents or diplomatic missions based in Upperhill District are eligible to join.

AGM’s shall be held at least once in each calendar year on a date and time fixed by the Executive Committee where the minutes shall later be circulated, upon approval from the Chairman.

WHO WE ARE

We are a voice for Businesses, Residents and Diplomatic Missions located in Upperhill District.

We are a non- political, non- racial and non- denominational association.

We are driven to improve standards in the Hill area by cooperation rather than confrontational.
