HANDLES & STRAPSHandles and straps have a lifetime guarantee and are box stitched to the sides of reinforced vinyl base units. 2" nylon webbing is covered with 37oz. knife-coated vinyl. Zippers, seams, and hems are double-folded and double-stitched with high tenacity Duracon polyester thread.

HARDWAREAll hardware is zinc-coated, rust-free steel.

VINYL MATERIALSides and bottoms of units are manufactured with UCS 37oz. equivalent knife-coated phthalate-free vinyl, which has the highest tear strength in the industry and the most vinyl on the exposed side.

ANGULAX 3013Angulax 3013 allows front units to be placed on the box collar, providing an angle that accommodates maximum pole bend and a level landing area.

NEW! UCS POLE VAULT BOX COLLAR SYSTEM INTEGRATIONPatent pending vault box collar system integration with all UCS landing areas. With a cut-out for placing the box collar, the front units and extensions allow for a flat landing area that is exclusive to UCS. The UCS Pole Vault Box Collar meets ASTM F2949-12 and is NCAA and NFHS 2015 rule compliant. The in-ground anchoring system provides complete stability.

VTX 1000 SYSTEMThe 8" hook and loop fastening system is backed with 37oz. vinyl. VTX relieves stress from the top pad and snap hooks while keeping the pit totally intact, minimizing separation. Additional VTX now attaches the center of the front units and the inner angle of front units to extensions.

REVERSIBLE 2" TOP PADThe top pad is made of vinyl coated woven mesh and 2" of 23lb. ILD urethane foam. The coach's box has a 4" white outline, and UCS in-house digital printing can provide custom graphics and logos. The tops of all base units, front units, and both sides of the 2" top pad are manufactured out of 14x12 PVC extruded 1000 denier polyester spike-resistant breather fabric.

UCS Throwing Event Cages should be used as intended per manufacturer. Prior to starting any activity check to ensure nets are hung correctly at the highest points possible and is free of damage. To minimize sag it may be necessary to ad-just attachment points on the net. All athletes, coaches, officials, spectators as well as people within the general vicinity of the cage should be alert and cautious of the activities occurring within the cage. Do not stand directly behind the net during activities within the cage. Ensure all net stabilizer arms are engaged; contact UCS for replacement stabilizer arms should they be misplaced or dam-aged. A minimum clearance of 15' should be established around the perimeter of the poles for safety. Anyone within 30' of the outer poles should be alert to activities within the cage. At the conclu-sion of any activity nets should be lowered to prevent damage dur-ing inclimate weather. Hammer Cage doors need to be secured using the door locks and anchors provided at the conclusion of activity. Store nets in a dry location during the off-season or when cage will not be used or inspected for an extended period of time.
