S. Citizenship or who are in need of any type of immigration assistance. DIRECTIONS: Take 1-35 South to San Antonio. Take the "Randolph Blvd" exit (NOT THE RANDOLPH BASE AFB EXIT). After exiting, go to the stop light and turn left. Immediately after crossing under the overpass, you will see a large, five-story, red brick building clearly marked "INS". There is plenty of free parking available hi the lots surrounding the building. Go through the front doors to the Information Center on the first floor. Operating hours are: Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m to 3:45 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays There are several Immigration Information Officers on duty. They are available to answer your questions, review your documents, and provide the necessary forms for your particular situation, hi addition, fingerprinting and photos can be made there as well.
