Learn about It! Holistic health is being healthy through having balance and harmony in the physical, mental/intellectual, emotional, social, and moral-spiritual wellness. It includes all aspects of an individual’s life - the well-being of the body and mind, healthy relations with family and friends, others, also with God. These five aspects of human wellness are interrelated with each other. For example, a student who does not eat breakfast will feel weak, resulting in him not performing well in school. It shows there that physical and mental wellness both suffered when not eating well.
