• 5011 passenger stranded, 61 vessel suspended, 55 motorbanca suspended, 215 rolling cargoes suspended, 62 vessels and 56 motorbancas taking shelter due to rough sea condition

• Total of 3,017 PNP personnel have assisted in SRR in ROs I, II, III, IVA & V

• A total of 113,752 families or 521,834 persons are displaced

and assisted of which 18,941 families or 86,416 persons are

inside 419 evacuation centers and 68,749 families or 312,102

persons are outside evacuation centers in Regions I, II, III, IV-

A, CAR and NCR

• 2,787 PNP personnel deployed as security to different

evacuation centers in affected regions

• BPATs of LGUs continued to support maintain law and order in

affected barangays

was provided where ₱1,323,704.40 was provided by DSWD

A total of 57,248 FFPs are released in regions CAR, I, II, III

and IV-A, of which 51,596 FFPs were already received by the

concerned FOs; additional humanitarian relief supplies are in

transit/scheduled to be airlifted today

the transport of 5,000 family food packs to the provinces in Regions I, II, III &

CAR in Baguio City, Abra, Pampanga and La Union respectively.

Provision of POL requirements for two (2) rescue vehicles with twelve (12)

WaSAR Team and for the deployment in Pangasinan.

Coordinated with the AFP Chief of Staff thru DCS for Operations regarding the

request of one (1) M-35 truck for the transport of one (1) fiber boat and with ten

(10) WaSAR Team for deployment in Burgos, Pangasinan and Nueva Ecija

other logistics in seven (7) regions.

A total of PhP 96,181,689.11 worth of logistics is available at DOH-CO

and Regional Warehouses of the 7 regions.

Continuous monitoring of the situation by OPCEN of the Central and

Regional Offices.

DOH-RO3 delivered Php1,932,637.00 worth of medicines and other

logistics to the evacuation centers in Aurora.

A victim from a landslide incident from Candelaria, Zambales,

was reported Dead on Arrival (DOA) and brought to James

Gordon Hospital in Olongapo City at around 3:00 AM. An update

report at around 3:30 pm Oct 18, 2015.

A victim from a landslide incident from Candelaria, Zambales, was

reported Dead on Arrival (DOA) and brought to James Gordon

Hospital in Olongapo City at around 3:00 AM. An update report at

around 3:30 pm Oct 18, 2015.

• DILG alerted all MDM Cluster members for possible deployment.

• All assets of PNP and BFP are on standby alert for possible

deployment.

• NBI Disaster Victim Identification identified 4 teams ready for

deployment; whereas, each team is composed of 10-15 personnel

which includes doctors, dentists, technicians, biologist,

photographers, fingerprint analyst and support staff. Further, NBI

teams are self sufficient in terms of forensic equipment and

supplies (i.e. personnel protective equipment - [tyvek suits, gloves,

masks etc.], sample containers, body bags, etc.).
