By looking at the tariff we fee that we have been overcharged for U-Haul truck # DC 43175,

This truck was in an accident on 11-21-07, in Dandle, W.V. on Rt. 119. We were charged as that was towed by Roger's Towing.

follows;

$300.00 for a Medium Sized Wrecker ( 3hrs.) $ 75.00 for Extra Helper Labor ( 3hrs. ) $360.00 for Outside Storage from 11-21-07 to 11-28-07 ( 7 Days ) $250.00 for truck to be towed from Dandle, W.V. to St. Albans, W.V.

Total Charges : $985.00

I show that by the tariff we should have been charged as follows:

$ 85.00 x 3hrs. = $255.00 Medium Wrecker $ 10.50 x 3 hrs = $ 31.50 Reg. Extra Labor $ 5.25 x 3 hrs = $ 15.75 Additional Evening Labor Charge $ 20.00 x 7 days = $140.00 Outside Storage ( see attached picture ) $250.00 to tow truck from Danville, W.V. to St. Albans, W.V. ( 3hrs. )

The charge to tow this truck from Danville, W.V. to our St. Albans, W.V. Repair Shop, we think this is a bit excessive. The invoice says ( 3 hrs. ) to pull Drive Line and get ready to tow and tow to our Repair Shop. Shouldn't the drive line already been pulled when it was towed the first time ?

This truck was loaded with customers belongings. See attachment on weight and registration. I'm also not sure what the charge should be for us requesting that the truck be towed to our Repair Shop.
