This weekend, we will have a collection for World Mission Sunday. We are asked to reach out and support the young churches throughout our world. Your prayers and generous gifts to the Society for the Propagation of the Faith in next weekend’s collection will help missionaries offer the poor of these areas practical help as they share the mercy of God. It will ensure the development of local dioceses and support the work of priests, religious and lay leaders who serve those on the margins and in most need. Thank you for your generosity!

Jesus said, "Why are you testing me, you hypocrites? Show me the coin that pays the census tax." Then they handed him the Roman coin. He said to them, "Whose image is this and whose inscrip-tion?" They replied, "Caesar's." At that he said to them, "Then repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God."
