Assembly: Before you throw any packaging away, make sure you received all the necessary hardware:
EXO Bumper Installation
1. Remove stock radiator grill.
The stock grill detaches without tools by pressing down on the two tabs indicated in
Figure 2, then pulling the grill out the front of the vehicle. If you have an aftermarket grill this step may be different.
*For 2017 RZR XP Turbo models, pull the top of the grille
out while pushing the lower part in towards the
radiator. This should provide enough room to install the
bolts without removing the grille completely. Complete
removal may cause re-installation issues.*
2. Install main bumper. Hold the bumper in place on the front of the vehicle. A second person will make this step easier. Insert two M12 x 25mm Flanged Hex bolts in
front of the radiator on each side, from the inside, through the existing holes and thread loosely into the holes in the bumper. Leave loose until all bolts are installed. (Fig. 3)
3. Use two M12 x 25mm Flanged Hex bolts and two M12 Nylock nuts to secure the lower
mounting plate of the bumper to the vehicle. Insert the bolts from the front, through the bumper plate, through the existing holes in the frame and thread loosely into a nylock nut on the inside of the frame. Leave loose until all bolts are installed. (Fig. 4)

EXO Bumper Installation (continued)
4. Install upper support tubes. Start on one side, remove both cage bolts. Use two M10 x 55mmHex Bolts to replace the stock bolts. Place the support tube on the
outside of the frame and insert each bolt through the support tube plate, both parts of the frame and thread loosely into the stock nuts. Leave loose until all bolts are installed. (Fig. 5) Repeat this step on the other side.
5. Use four M6 bolts to install the support tube to the bumper as shown in Figure 6. Start the four bolts enough to hold the clamp on the bumper but don’t tighten yet. Repeat this step on the
other side so that the bumper and tubes are all assembled but still a little loose.
6. Adjust and tighten all hardware. With all hardware a little loose, make adjustments if needed to center the bumper and adjust arms so the spacing looks equal on both sides where they clamp on to the bumper. Tighten the four bumper bolts first, then tighten cage bolts and support tube clamp bolts.
