We are growing.Barem Packaging which is engaged in Offset Printed Box Production as of 1999, provides service with 2 factories located in Aegean Region and Southeastern Anatolia Region, facilities of 25,000 m2’ and expert staff of 345 individuals.

Barem Packaging has 1500 ton cardboard, 800 ton paper processing capacity in total at 2 factories on monthly basis.

Barem Packaging provides many services from design to color separation with expert design team in their fields and it offers solution of most appropriate box and packaging design according to needs.

Macintosh Mac Pro (5 units)It provides superior performance at graphic design solutions. HP 5200 Digital Proofing (2 units)With 113 cm width, 90% close to offset printing color after design, the digital proofing device allows cus-tomers to print and to review printing colors and final controls on the paper. This is the prototype version before serial production. Luscher X-Pose 100x140 cm CTP (2 units)This is the system that directly prepares pattern from the designs of graphic department through the com-puter and sends for printing. In this way, it provides time saving and prevents errors to be occurred during preparation of pattern. This devices provides more homogenous and high printing quality. Aristo Plotter DeviceIt allows customers to review different box types and qualities according to dimensions of box before the serial production. Thus, it minimizes negative factors to be arisen from faulty dimensions.

The paper and cardboard raw materials stocked in reels are layered in desired sizes with our machines before offset printing according to production plan in accordance with work order, and are ready for printing. It provides us to work with minimum loss for the package we will produce and to stack cardboard.

offset printThe sized cardboards are started to print according to the production plan at the high-tech offset printing machines. In this department, our machines are state-of-art machines. Thanks to fully computerized color control management system, the CIP 3/4 program, it completely eliminates color differences. Thus it provides desired printing quality at highest level. This increases customer satisfaction and causes Barem Packaging to be preferred in first place.

KBA Rapida 142 6 + Disp. Lac 1020x1420 (2011 Model): With sophisticated printing technology, our machine can print up to 6 colors and can print 14.000 sheets with dispersion lac printing feature.

The backbone of our packages, fluting part is produced in this department and the printed cardboards are combined with fluting in this department.

Our purpose to make corrugated box with fluting machine is in direct proportion to weight of products to be put in package. Our experienced customer representatives mutually decides this with our customers in line with business targets of customers. The micro and flute of our packages are produced in accordance with specs suitable for customer sales contract and World Packaging Standard, ECT, FCT, BST, PET, COBB, PAT test procedures.

cutting, separatingfolding

The final process for preparation of semi finished products after lamination, the cutting, folding and glueing department makes finished products in accordance with a world standard, FEFCO box standard procedure with experienced staff and sophisticated machines.

At this line, cutting of sample which has been agreed at the first order are made with special blades attached on 15 mm or 18 mm of wood prepared according to confirmed box type and size. After cleaning of edges of cut products, they are taken to folding and gluing machines according to box types and they are glued. According to customer contract specs, they are put in parcel box and pallets and are ready to send. They are delivered to shipment warehouse.

Fully automated sorting machine is used for sorting of edges of products after cut.

Our production facility has capacity to make production from 0,70 gr\m2

to 450gr\m2 cardboard and our facility offers products based on automation with machinery and equipments, and specially designedgluing apparatus with bottom lock, 4 points gluing and side section gluing. These products are small size and has low weights.

The offset printing and workmanship quality of Barem Packaging products presents promises of the products at the supermarkets, shelvesand showcases, and the offering of messagesto consumer easily, and makes consumer to decide purchase. With E + B wave flute and dopel production capacity, Packaging makes products with options of bright, matte, cellophane and embossing (relief) printing according to demands in luxury packages for automated and manually filling boxes.
