Different qualities and grades of electrical steel, semi-processed, fully- processed (normal and thin gauge), are used and transformed into numerous designs of loose lamination, interlocked or differently welded/bonded stacks, using progressive carbide dies ( single to multi- line) from the world's most re-known tool-makers. With the use of modern after-stamping heat treatment, calibrating, testing, sub-assembly processes and equipment the lamination cores are being finally packed into required magnetic and dimension properties. Rotors can be finished with high pressure die-casting with Al 99, 7 % or Al-alloys, sub-assembled with shafts, permanent magnets and plastic over molding isolation. Machining operations such as turning, grinding, etc., are enlarging the scope of production to serve highest demands of our customers. Our lamination and rotors are used in numerous different industries beside automotive applications as steering, engine cooling, ignition and many new solutions on Hybrid & e- Vehicle drives also in the industry of HVAC and many other specific market niches.
