EXPERIENCE SERVER, MCGILL’S AT UTICA SQUARE 09/01/2014 – Current I have been a server at various points and have come back to it now because of the flexibility it offers for my school schedule. Being able to clearly, concisely & adequately communicate our offerings to guests is an essential trait of any server. Aside from gaining a high level of comfort and confidence interacting face-‐to-‐face with guests, I have also come to appreciate the value of teamwork in these settings.
