GENERAL NOTES1 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW THE DRAWINGS AND UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF THE DRAWINGS TO BE THE FOLLOWING: THESE
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS (DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, ADDENDA, ETC.) INDICATE THE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT INTERMS OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONCEPTS, THE DIMENSION OF THE BUILDING, THE MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS, AND THEMAJOR STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. THE DOCUMENTS DO NOT AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO INDICATE ORDESCRIBE IN DETAIL ALL THE NECESSARY WORK REQUIRED FOR FULL PERFORMANCE OF, AND COMPLETION OF THE REQUIREMENTSOF THE CONTRACT.
