Inverter does not provide 110 VAC at output wire when plugged into shore power.

Is the inverter plugged into 110 VAC receptacle?

Plug the inverter into 110 VAC receptacle.Is the green and does the inverter provide 110 VAC at the output wires?

Check for 110 VAC voltage at the receptacleusing a voltmeter or by plugging in a 110 VAC appliance such as a lamp, drill or hair dryerinto the receptacle. Does the receptacle have 110 VAC power?

Check for tripped breaker orpossible wiring issue to the receptacle.

If unit is equipped with a circuit breaker, push button to reset. If equipped with a 15 Amp front panel fuse, check fuse. Is the 15 Amp fuse good?

Replace 15 amp fuse and check for 110 VAC at the inverter output wires. Does the inverter provide 110 VAC to the output wires?

Inverter run through feature is notoperating properly. Replace Inverter.

The remote feature of the inverter provides a method to turn the inverter ON or OFF from a remote location.In order for this feature to work properly, the ON/OFF button on the front of the inverter needs to be in the OFF(out) position. When turning the inverter ON from the remote location a green LED on the remote will light, indicating that the inverter is ON. Should the green LED stay on constantly but the remote button has nofunction, check the ON/OFF button on the front of the inverter verifying that the ON/OFF button is in the OFF(out) position.

Check DC voltage on the positive and negative terminal blocks of the inverter.Is voltage above 11.90 VDC?

Remove the negative wire from the negative terminal block on the inverter and then measure DC voltage from the negative wire to the negative terminal block.Is the DC voltage high than 8 VDC?

Internal fuses are blown due to reverse connection of the DC wires to inverter. Inverter needsto be replaced.This is not awarranty issue.
