CD Range

CD Range is an extensive line of commercial water heaters used mostly by professional installers, contractors and project engineers for almost every type of commercial installation. This range comprises of �ve water heaters, with capacities from 80kW to 180kW respectively. It is speci�cally designed to deal with greater hot water demands of larger properties like hospitals, hotels, big laundries and public facilities.

Extended options

Dependent on the desired capacity, the CD range is installed together with a hot water storage tank, which makes it possible to �nd an appropriate solution for any kind of hot water demand. Eco Heating Systems also o�ers hot water storage tanks with capacities ranging from 300 to 750 liters. In combination with one of the CD range water heaters, an optimum combination can be achieved for di�erent situations.

Patented tanks

CD range water heaters are always installed in combination with one of our patented tanks. These tanks are made of high quality stainless steel and are perfectly insulated to eliminate the stand-by losses.

Moreover our tanks are equipped with a patented injection system which allows one to tap almost continuous warm water from the system with very short recovery times.

Having a great experience in manu-facturing and development of high-e�ciency commercial water heaters, Eco Heating Systems o�ers the possi-bility of private labelling to its partners.

It is either possible to take one speci�c range or the whole assort-ment of water heaters and name it your own brand.

Besides private labelling, it is also possible for our partners to play an active role during the product deve lopment. Technical departments of our current partners have close contacts with our R&D department.

Energy efficient

CD range water heaters are designed based on high e�ciency boiler technology. The waterheaters are so programmed that they function almost all the time in condensing mode which is cost e�ective in means of energy consumption.

As a result, our water heaters are completely in line with the current energy saving trend. Proper installa-tion of a CD range water heater shall further improve the energy performance standard in the new build-ings.

Stainless steel design

Water side components of the CD Range are made of stainless steel.

Besides that, stainless steel eliminates requirement of an anode in the complete system. Thus, it further reduces your maintenance costs and service time.


Accessories

High quality pumps

For our water heaters, we use high quality bronze pumps set at correct speed at the factory. Additionally, the pumps are good insulated to prevent any unnecessary heat loss.

Operational reliability

Due to the integrated cascade controller in the CD water heater range, extensively increased operation reliability is provided.

Using two water heaters of lower capacity instead of a single one with high capacity, you may prevent end user running short of hot water at any time. Especially, it is a great advantage for companies where the operation reliability is important.

To prevent formation of Legionella infection in the tank, a special anti-legionella program is built in within the water heater, which once a week heats up the water in the tank up to customer speci�ed set temperature.

Hot water thermostat

It may not always be possible to meet the desired demand for hot water. Especially during sport events or at recreation facilities, hot water demand is much higher than the average.

For more comfort and convenience of instant hot water, Eco Heating Systems o�ers RCW hot water thermostat to its partners. RCW is a digital DHW (Domestic Hot Water) thermostat, programmable for certain days and times. At such set times, water heaters receive the signal and regulate themselves according to the desired demand for hot water.

For example, at a sport school some facilities are used between 16:00 and 22:00 in the week. On the other hand, some facilities are only used from 08:00 to 22:00 at the weekend. With RCW thermostat, it is possible to set the water heater according to the peak hot water demands from the facilities which are in use.

Furthermore, RCW thermostat comes with holiday and party modes which help to reduce the operating costs noticeably.


Application areas

Hotels

Hotels are known with their intensive use of hot water. Especially at the commercial hotels, at the times when breakfast preparations are made, it is quite a frequent procedure that each customer takes a shower between 07:00 and 09:00. At a hotel of 200 rooms with a peak load of 90 minutes, 300 liters of hot water at 40 ºC is consumed per minute. With Eco Heating Systems’ hot water systems, three CD Range 180kW water heaters can easily be combined with two tanks of 450 liters to comfort-ably meet this hot water requirement in su�cient amount.

Care houses

At care houses, it is very important to have su�cient amount of hot water.

Assume a care house with 80 rooms and one kitchen. With a peak time of 120 minutes, a water tank of 450 liters with two CD Range 100kW water heaters would be su�cient for you to meet your requirement of hot water at 40ºC.

Industry

There are many examples in the industrial �eld. CD range water heaters are still used in the industry type laundries and various food industries.
