Dale Remains Forever GratefulIraq War veteran and Purple Heart recipient Dale Beatty was injured when an IED explosion flipped his Humvee, causing him to lose both legs.

Thanks to Fisher House Founda-tion, Dale’s wife and children were able to stay by his side through the recovery and rehabilitation process. “Without Fisher House, I don’t know what my prog-nosis would have been, or where I would be now not having my family next to me.” Today, Dale is active and works to help other veterans. “I remain forever grateful,” he says.
