Tri-Med Pharmacy started operations in December 1995, serving 150 clients. Today, that number has grown to approximately 5,000. Since Day 1, our goal remains the same: to provide senior care residents and their caregivers with stellar pharmacy services. We want to be more than just a vendor — we want to be a true partner in patient care. This means giving each facility the individual attention it deserves, and treating each client, patient, and employee with the utmost dignity and respect.

Never satisfied with yesterday’s accomplishments, we are continually looking for ways to improve the quality of our service and dedicate ourselves to the pursuit of excellence.

OUR JOB IS TO MAKE YOUR JOB EASIER

Operating from our Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee, locations allows us to offer patients and facilities timely service and convenient, routine deliveries. We have a 24-hour pharmacist on call in the event of an emergency. We also offer our client facilities many services such as forms management, pharmacy consulting, IV mixing, and supplies. In addition, we file patient claims to Medicare Part D, TennCare, and most private insurance companies. You can be assured that with Tri-Med Pharmacy as a partner, the right person is given the right medication in the right dosage via the right route at the right time.
