identified. Its is a new trend in
software testing and generally
it is managed by companies as
a service. Surprisingly, more
than 25 present of the
organization have already
experimented the concept of
crowdsourcing and the
percentage is gradually
increasing. Apparently,
crowdsourcing is not going to
replace the traditional method
of QA and testing teams.
SMAC technologies: The drastic
increase in the usage of social

cloud technologies (SMAC) will
also improve the operational
efficiencies and strong
relationship with customers
and end users. As the increase
in the usage of social media has
