THE NEXT STEPS
Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve accommodation is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, by Monday 2 November. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

Make your Christmas Day extra special and join us in the intimate surroundings of our Omnia Restaurant. Arrive from 1:00pm onwards for a glass of Heidsieck Monopole Brut NV Champagne and then savour a wonderful plated Christmas Day Lunch served to your table. Live music will be playing during lunch, evoking the spirit of Christmas. For the children, Father Christmas will be visiting from 3:00pm to deliver a special gift to all those under the age of 12.

NEW YEAR’S EVE BLACK TIE BALL
Join us for a fabulous evening of entertainment with 106 Miles to Chicago, a full throttle, high octane Blue s Brothers Tribute blending the greatest songs from The Blues Brothers, The Commitments, Soul, Motown and Northern Soul. This black tie event begins at 7:30pm with a glass of New Year’s Champagne Cocktail and our Chef’s choice of canapés before sitting down to a delicious four-course dinner. At Midnight, celebrate the start of 2016 with a fireworks display held in our beautiful grounds and a complimentary glass of Heidsieck Monopole Rosé Top Brut NV Champagne.
