Artícolo 1º- La GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ dichiara che riconosce la GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, come la Potenza Massonica con Autorità per il governo dei Gradi del Simbolismo Massonico nelle Regioni e nei territori dell’Oriente LIBANO non occupati da altra Potenza Massonica Regolare.Artícolo 2º- La GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN dichiara che riconosce la Gran Loggia REGO-LARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ come la Potenza Massonica con Autorità per il governo dei Gradi del Simbolismo Massonico, nei territori della Repubblica Italiana.Artícolo 3º- La GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN e la GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴, dichiarano di essere integranti del Concerto delle Grandi Logge Regolari del Mondo.Artícolo 4°- La GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ e la GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, dichiarano che riceveranno sotto le rispettive bandiere, tutte le Rispettabili Logge Simboliche che funzionano regolarmente all’interno dell’ambito delle rispettive giurisdizioni, qualsiasi sia il Rito che praticano, semprechè esso sia regolare e riconosciuto.Artícolo 5º- La GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ e la GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, accetteranno come FF∴RR∴ regolari, tutti i FF∴RR∴ delle RR∴LL∴SS∴ delle rispettive giurisdizioni, qualsiasi sia il loro grado e il loro rango, essi saranno ricevuti con tutti gli onori che meritano.Artícolo 6º- La GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ e la GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN conserveranno i rispettivi Riti e Liturgie in maniera indipendente, ciò per l’accordo delle proprie rispettive Grandi Assemblee. Inoltre, si impegnano a far circolare all’interno di esse, tutta la corrispondenza massonica necessaria per l’istruzione.Artícolo 7º- La GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ e la GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN si accordano sul riconoscere come legittimo gli Alti Membri per il Governo degli Alti Gradi che possono costituirsi sotto gli auspici delle Grangi Logge che acconsentono il presente Trattato.Artícolo 8º- Tutta la Potenza Massonica Regolare che per una qualsiasi causa vede minacciata la sua esistenza o il suo normale funzionamento nella Regione del cui territorio ha completa giurisdizione, ha diritto di asilo in un’altra giurisdizione Simbolica. Inoltre, i fratelli che per qualsiasi causa vedono minacciati i loro diritti dell’uomo o di cittadini, e sono essi stessi in esilio volontario o obbligatorio, godranno il diritto dell’asilo in un’altra giurisdizione Simbolica. Questa prerogativa sarà impiegata nei casi in cui non sono stati commessi delitti comuni. La qualificazi-one delle cause che motivano l’ordine di asilo corrisponde alla Potenza alla quale lo stesso si è sollecitato.Artícolo 9º- La GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ e la GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, si accordano sul revocare tutti gli accordi e le disposizioni che sono contro il contenuto del presente Trattato di Alleanza, Pace e Amicizia, e rispettare quelli che cominceranno a prevalere a partire dalla data di sottoscrizione del medesimo.Artícolo 10º- Le Grandi Logge GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN e GRAN LOGGIA REGOLARE D’ITALIA DEGLI AA∴LL∴AA∴MM∴ , accrediteranno i rispettivi Grandi Rappresentanti prima alle Grandi Assemblee di ambedue le Grandi Logge, essi sono quelli che avranno voce in ogni Grande Assemblea nel relativo Stato, al pari di un Rappresentante Diplomatico, dopo essere stato presentato e approvate le relative credenziali.Artícolo 11°- Una volta firmato tale Trattato di Alleanza, Pace e Amicizia, sarà cura da parte di entrambe le Potenze Massoniche di comunicarlo nella maniera più vasta possibile per il suo giusto riconoscimento e per i conseguenti effetti.Sottoscritto e firmato il 14 giorno del mese di OTTOBRE del 2011 e∴v∴

Article 1° - THE REGULAR GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF AA∴LL ∴ΑΑ∴ΜΜ∴ states that recognizes the GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, as the Power Authority for the government with Masonic Degrees of the Masonic Symbolism in the regions and territories of the East of LEBANON not occupied by any other regular Masonic power.Article 2° - GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN declares that recognizes the THE REGULAR GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF AA∴LL ∴ΑΑ∴ΜΜ∴ as the Power Authority for the government with Masonic Degrees of the Masonic Symbolism in the territories of the Italian Republic.Article 3° - GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN and the THE REGULAR GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF AA∴LL ∴ΑΑ∴ΜΜ∴, claim to be integral to the concert of the Regular Grand Lodges of the World.Article 4° - THE REGULAR GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF AA∴LL ∴ΑΑ∴ΜΜ∴ and GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, say they receive under their respective flags, all Respectable Symbolic Lodges that operate regularly to ' inside the scope of their jurisdiction, whichever is the rite that practice, provided it is regular and recognized.Article 5° - THE REGULAR GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF AA∴LL ∴ΑΑ∴ΜΜ∴ and GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN, will accept as FF∴RR∴ regular, all of FF∴RR∴ of RR∴LL∴SS∴'s their respective jurisdictions, whatever their rank and their rank, they will be received with all the honors they deserve.Article 6° - THE REGULAR GRAND LODGE OF ITALY OF AA∴LL ∴ΑΑ∴ΜΜ∴ and GRAND LODGE NATIONAL OF PHOENICIAN retain their Rites and Liturgies independently, what the agreement of their respec-tive Major Assemblies.
