Remote Deployment, Monitoring, Management and Alerts

The Openbravo/TransNet solution offers value that goes beyond the transaction. NetVu delivers real time data on a 24/7 basis

and a suite of monitoring, management and reporting tools that simplify and improve transaction processing operations.

MerchantVu provides valuable transactional information to the merchant. It aggregates multiple lanes and sites onto one page,

simplifying management of multiple locations. In MerchantVu, users can view reports and establish alerts for certain types of

activity.

To combat fraud and employee theft at the point of sale, MerchantVu offers a series of alerts. MerchantVu can be configured to

trigger an alert to the merchant or support person via email, pager or text message when certain activities occur, such as a

large transaction amount with manual card entry or large refund amounts. MerchantVu can also be set to reject certain card

numbers automatically. Other alerts can be set up for completed or incomplete settlement, or to warn of possible network

problems – an alert can be triggered if there are no transactions within a specified period of time, or a batch has not closed within

a specified time frame.

Reports and Alerts Merchants can access a range of reports in MerchantVu. The Batch Summary report lists all transactions (including cash and gift

cards). Detailed reports on each transaction include processor, card type, batch number and date. Data is archived in MerchantVu

for several months, but can be exported to Excel for longer term archival.
