What is a Web-Centric organization?

(WCO)

An organization in where the web is at the center of the “go to market strategy” and a significant part of every link in its value chain.

Benefits of being a WCO Customers low cost interactions The customer is in control and chooses the time of

the interaction. The interaction is rich because the customer designs

and customizes their products and services that are unique eg.(computers, phones, automobiles, clothing, furniture, books)
