Air-Cooled ChillersThe most versatile and commonly used piece of equipment in our fleet is the air-cooled

chiller. Using state of the art chillers from Trane, we are able to offer a varied fleet that

will meet almost any temporary demand. We have the largest capacity in the industry

going from 10 tons to 500 tons. These units are ideal when speed, ease of installation

and reliability are your primary concerns. They are found in any number of applications

ranging from restoring air conditioning in an emergency to providing temporary cooling

for a warehouse or even an industrial process.

Water-Cooled ChillersAt the heart of what we do in Rental Services is leveraging the core competencies of

Trane equipment and services. We have taken the standard Trane water-cooled chiller

and modified it for rental applications. Whether it’s providing backup for a large hospital

system, adding capacity for a process application or simply providing a large amount

of tonnage in a low footprint in an energy-efficient manner, a rental water-cooled unit from

Trane Rental Services is ready to serve you.

Air Conditioning UnitsOur state of the art air conditioning units provide quiet and efficient temperature control.

Commercial Air Conditioning rental units are packaged as rooftop units designed to provide

both heating and cooling. These units are equipped with variable frequency drives (VFD)

on 35 ton and 50 ton units. For efficient operation, these units also come with an

economizer and remote zone sensors for accurate sensing that is critical to keeping the

system running at optimum levels. Our air conditioning units are modified with overhead

lifting frames for stable fork-lifting or crane-lifting.

Tent UnitsOur tent units have been specially designed to meet the special needs associated with

heating and cooling a tent. This unique design allows direct integration into the tent wall

for a low profile appearance and still have the ability to be ducted if need be. As with

most of our equipment, the tent units have been modified to be rental ready and have

cam-type connections and an upright orientation ideal for tent setup. These units come

on a 4-way forklift skid for easy maneuverability.

Air-Handling UnitsFor larger jobs our custom engineered air handling units can offer the right solution.

They are outdoor rated and sized for 100% outside air. They use chilled water only,

have high static pressure and come with horizontal discharge with 20-inch dampers.

Additionally these units are equipped with upgraded controls and a VFD for fine tuning

their performance to your unique needs. Most importantly, these units have high filter

capabilities up to 95% efficient partridge filters.

Cooling TowersCooling Towers can be rented as standalone units or paired with one of our CenTraVacTM

water-cooled units. These units are ideal for hospitals, schools, anywhere water

applications are used. Some of our cooling towers have been modified and mounted on

trailers for easy transportability.

Portable AC UnitsHot, grueling temperatures can cause heat-sensitive computer servers and other office

systems to fail, crippling daily operations. Office spaces and classrooms experiencing

extreme heat can also become inoperable. With a trend towards smaller, more “heat dense”

servers, equipment shutdowns may be more likely to occur as your existing room air

conditioner system becomes inadequate. Portable AC units provide supplemental or instant

emergency back-up cooling to protect your critical equipment during a heat-related crisis.

Portable AC units can do more than just cool – they can also dry wet areas and protect equip-

ment from water and humidity. Portable AC units also eliminate odors and stops mold from

forming. A portable dehumidifier ensures faster recovery with efficient drying rates that take

hours instead of weeks, cutting down on the cost of restoration and speeding drying processes.
