Traditional air conditioners maintain the temperature by continually starting and stopping the compressors after reaching the temperature set points. Traditional compressors require a minimum time between start and stops which lead to large fluctuation of indoor temperature.
With advanced digital variable refrigerant flow control technology, TVR system can accurately maintain the room temperature, within a narrow temperature band, to create more comfortable indoor environment.

DIGITAL SCROLL COMPRESSOR
This cross section shows the top part of the top part of the digital scroll compressor.It is designed for efficiency,reliability and durability.The PWM valve can control the pressure differential forcing on the surface of piston which is linked to the fixed scroll to realize loading/unloading. The unload power consumption is around only 10% of full load power.
With PWM signals adjusting the load/unload states,the digital scroll can give capacity range of 10% to 100%,which is the widest in the industry.So that, only simple electronics are required for excellent performance.
