Professional background

MARHASSAN has more than 20 years of experience in

production , manufacturing and business process improvement

in food manufacturing from a globally branded company, Nestle.

Marhassan is an experienced trainer and coach for Basic Lean,

and a Market Master facilitator for 5S workshops for Nestle

MYSG plants. He is the Goal Alignment and Basic Problem

Solving, a team member of Nestle Productivity Team

(International) and coach for Local Performance Acceleration

Team. Marhassan has mentored SME programs between Nestle,

HDC and SME Corp.

Marhassan is a certified 5S trainer by Nestle / Competitive

Dynamics International (CDI) and Malaysia Productivity

Corporation . He holds a MSc in Natural Sciences from

Universiti de Provence, France, BSc in Natural Science from

Universiti de Provence,France and a BSc in Food Industrial and

Biology from Institute Universitaire de Technologie Nancy 1,

France.

of Operation Reviews, Waste Elimination, Workload study, 5S

and Visual Management and Workplace Safety improvement

through applications of HIRADC and ModAPTS.

Provide leadership and change management framework for

production and services. Focus areas are improving product

quality, line performances, operators development competency ,

efficiency loss reduction, process rework elimination,

documentation management, preventive maintenance process,

and understanding the mechanism.
