DATES AND DEADLINES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Nominations
Autumn term: May 30th for full academic year and 1st term students.
Spring term: November 30th for 2nd term students.
Universities are required to submit their nominations to:
Students applications
Autumn term: June 30th for full academic year and 1st term students.
Spring term: December 31st for 2nd term students.
Students will send their applications online through the following link:

UVa will report its decision concerning their acceptance within 3 weeks.
Students enrolment
Full academic year and 1st term students will enrol in October.
Second term students will enrol in February.
All students will process their enrolment at the International Office, except those following double degree programmes or final degree projects, who will formalize it at their corresponding Faculty/School.
Students at Palencia, Segovia and Soria Campus will send their enrolment documents to [email protected] or [email protected]

Languages of instruction
Most of the courses are delivered in Spanish although some of them are taught in English.
Language level recommended for incoming students: Spanish B1 or English B1 for students following English taught courses.
This level is established according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and no certification is required.

A transcript of records will be issued and sent to the students no later than 4 weeks after the assessment period/ semester has finished at our institution.
INTERNATIONAL WELCOME POINT (IWP)
The International Welcome Point (IWP), as part of the International Relations Office, has been created to provide master and doctorate students, professors, researches and administrative staff from foreign institutions with the information, support and hosting services they need before, during and after their stay at University of Valladolid.
The IWP operates as a centralized point of contact for the entire university community and aims to create the best atmosphere so that these collectives can develop their wok in the most satisfactory manner and can reach an acceptable level of integration at our University.
The IWP offers a personalized attention, being an integral service that facilitates support and information about any issue of interest to those visitors coming to our university from abroad: accommodation, migration procedures, family support, transportation, school attendance and nursery, health insurance, student card, internet access, languages, sports, culture, parking, certificates and so on. This assistance is provided at the Foreign Students Section of our International Relations Office.
