TPA’s team of experienced Field Sales Engineers know only too well that ground conditions as well as

the weather are subject to change and for this reason we strongly encourage a site survey prior to your

installation. This enables us to visit the site, offer advice on ground protection, access routes, and any

environmental issues that may need to be considered.

Following this free, no obligation survey, on placement of order you will receive a Site Plan outlining the

proposed solution, a detailed quote and a risk assessment. Your TPA field sales engineer will be available

to answer any queries you may have prior to passing the project to our qualified operations

team.

HD Panel Tech Spec

InnovativeThe box section has two sides, 1) low profile side (pedestrian friendly) and 2) high profile side (giving high mechanical grip).

ProtectiveThe HD Panel is primarily used to provide a 3.0 metre wide load bearing temporary access road for all ground conditions. Its load distribution properties allow the heaviest vehicle to travel on the softest ground safely.

Aluminium Camber Panels

TPA’s Ramps are used to neaten off the edges of its Aluminium HD Panels, and are of particular benefit

when vehicles are accessing site as they ensure a smooth transition from ground to panels.

In addition to the traditional panel, TPA has developed the ‘Camber’ panel. These panels can be laid as an

integral part of any roadway, providing orthogonal traction and grip. This means vehicles need no longer

struggle to traverse across inclines in wet and muddy conditions.

Aluminium Steerable Panels

Sponge Underlay

When immovable obstacles or corners need to be negotiated, TPA’s ‘Steerable’ panels allow the road-

way to be manoeuvred in any direction up to 30 degrees from a single section. These panels may also

be joined together and are unbeatable when a contract requires the roadway to be negotiated neatly

around obstacles such as buildings or trees.

TPA’s Sponge Underlay System is produced from partly recycled materials and provides aluminium panel

installations with key critical ground protection and cushioning, non-skid panel cushioning, area padding

and sealing for sound and vibration absorption.
