Throughout history, the world’s greatest civilizations were built around a “center of town” philosophy. A common information and goods exchange area, or marketplace, if you will. Ancient Greece had the Agora. Ancient Rome had the Forum Romanum. The solar system has the sun. And now Lake Nona will have Lake Nona Town Center.

One part upscale open-air regional mall, one part study in social interaction, Lake Nona Town Center will offer residents and visitors alike a plethora of activities from which to choose. Department stores, large scale retail, upscale fashion boutiques, restaurants, plazas, a hotel, a cineplex, and a variety of indoor and outdoor entertainment venues will coexist in over one million square feet of total retail space, all interconnected by paths, sidewalks and internal streets. Located steps from Lake Nona Science & Technology Park and business community, as well as just a short walk or drive from Lake Nona’s residential community, Lake Nona Town Center will be the central hub for everything you need to Nona.

Lake Nona Town Center will be the perfect blend of form and function.

Thoughtfully placed buildings, paths and walkways, complemented by extensive landscaping amidst beautiful natural scenery will be a testament to the latest in environmentally sustainable design, while the shops, restaurants and entertainment venues will be a testament to the latest in social scene attraction. With more than one-million

square feet of retail space dedicated to department stores, large-scale retail, as well as trendy boutiques and salons, the Lake Nona Town Center will satisfy the shopping urge of even the savviest fashionistas. Shopping not your forte? Catch the latest flick at the

cineplex or grab a bite at one of many enticing restaurants, ranging from fast casual to fine dining.

Shopping and dining are only part of what Lake Nona Town Center will bring to the table. Onsite hotel accommodations will provide convenient lodging options for both business and leisure travelers, while nearby Lake Nona Science & Technology Park, with it’s research facilities, hospitals and educational institutions, will bring some of the brightest minds to the area. The paths, parks and walkways connecting them all will eventually host art festivals, car shows, concerts, ping pong tournaments and competitive team hair-braiding championships. And that’s just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Which, by the way, could very well be incorporated into future winter festivities.

In theory, social magnetism is the bringing together of people in an

almost irresistible manner. In practice, it will be Lake Nona Town

Center. How could it not be? We’re talking about a shopping and

socializing paradise. A veritable purchaser’s piéce de résistance. But

people are just as important as place in the social magnetism equation.

And people are what will make up a majority of Lake Nona’s genetic

chemistry. This vibrant community will be the eventual address

of an estimated 9,000 homes and 25,000 residents. Whether they

will all be die-hard shoppers is yet to be seen, but the potential will

most certainly exist. Adjacent to Lake Nona Town Center will be

Lake Nona Science & Technology Park, a blossoming biomedical

cluster comprised of research facilities, educational institutions,

hospitals and life science companies. Lake Nona Science & Technology

Park is estimated to bring thousands of new jobs to the area, as well

as thousands of daily visitors to the hospitals and the UCF College of

Medicine. This alone has the potential to provide Lake Nona Town

Center an entire workforce of intellectual consumerists, or as they’re

commonly referred to as, smart shoppers.

The Principle of

Solar Attraction.

social magnetics.

Another of Lake Nona Town Center’s many attractive attributes will be the fact that it will offer everything under the sun. Literally.

Well, technically, figuratively, but you get the idea. Shop, stroll, dine, all while basking in the beauty of Florida’s bright blue skies

and golden sun rays. Surrounded by parks, plazas and inter-connecting pathways, this open-air promenade will provide plenty of

opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, even if only briefly between stops on a shopping spree.

Live Right Next Door.

From lofts atop businesses, to the upscale appeal of Lake Nona Golf & Country Club and just about everything in between, Lake Nona will offer a wide-variety of housing options just a short walk or drive away from Lake Nona Town Center. Plus, corner stores, boutiques and other specialty shops will be found along the way, as will parks, paths and waterways, adding to the comfortable convenience and natural beauty of life at Lake Nona. With a diverse residential population and highly-educated and influential workforce in the area, Lake Nona Town Center’s many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues will benefit from the frequent foot and commuter traffic. And the community as a whole will benefit from the vibrant culture such a dynamic social setting will create.

OK, so maybe not all roads, but

only because it’s a big deal to relocate

an ocean. Believe us. We asked but it

was a no go. Nonetheless, accessibility

is definitely one of Lake Nona’s defining

attributes. Conveniently located

minutes from the Orlando International

Airport, Downtown Orlando, world-

famous theme parks and breathtaking

beaches, Lake Nona couldn’t have a

more appealing address. Nor a more

appealing way of getting to and from

that address, including three onsite

interchanges onto the Central Florida

Greeneway (SR 417) and just a short

drive to the Beachline (SR 528) as well as

the East-West Expressway (SR 408).

ALL ROADS LEAD TO LAKE NONA.
