The organizer of the travel trade fair Tourest, Estonian Travel and Tourism Association (ETFL) keeps the right to change the prices and the terms of participation of the fair. The exhibitors will be informed about possible changes. ETFL is the owner of the registered trade mark TOUREST. All rights reserved, unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• The non-refundable participation fee is a collateral included in the rent of the exhibition space as a fixed sum (€ 180+VAT 20%).

• If a stand is used by several exhibitors, an additional co-exhibitor fee of € 35 (per co-exhibitor) will be charged from the main exhibitor. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.

• The fair organiser has the right to decline main exhibitors’ co-exhibitors. • An extra charge of € 20 is charged if additional invoice needs to be

made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.

• VAT of 20% will be added to all prices. Please consult the fair website for VAT details concerning international exhibitors.
