Did you know there are nearly 25.8 million American children and adults with diabetes and another 79 million who are pre-diabetic? In fact, if the current trends continue, by the year 2050, one in three people will de-velop the disease in their lifetime. That is why the mission of the American Diabetes Association – to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of everyone affected by diabetes – is so important.

You can help us further our mission by participating in our 14th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, April 15, 2013, at Champions Golf Club to raise funds for research, education, and advocacy. Champions is one of the country’s most legendary and prestigious courses which means great golf, great food, and great fun for an even greater cause!
