The XC9135 Series of step-up synchronous rectication-type DC/DC converters incorporate a 0.2Ω (typical) N-ch driver Tr and a 0.2Ω (typical) P-ch synchronous rectier switch Tr.If the battery voltage falls, the UVLO function of the XC9135 Series can reduce leakage of alkaline battery uid by stopping the operation of the IC.In addition, the UVLO detection delay function can be used to reduce false detections caused by transient voltage drops in the input voltage.

A fast load transient response and a good PSRR can be obtained in the high-speed mode.

The foldback current limitter circuit holds short-circuit current down to 30mA and automatically resumes.

When an RF circuit is in sleep mode, the Green Operation function automatically switches to 4.5μA low power mode. The GO pin type is also available if you need to fix the mode at high-speed mode during power-on and other times.
