This base provides the foundation for building your custom solution. From rich brioche formulas, buttery flavored formulas and sweet formulas to specialty formulas like our pretzel, we have a variety of doughs to begin your custom process from. Inclusions (cheese, spices, peppers and other ingredients) are added to this process following the dough base. These provide your final product with specialty flavors and interior textures that make your product exude unique and memorable flavors. 1 2 Toppings & Topography To give your product the visual appeal that will dazzle the plates and palettes of your customers, there are lots of options available from basic post-bake shine to egg wash applications. At this point, toppings are added such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cheese blends and everything toppings. We can add single cuts, double cuts, cross cuts, Kaiser stamps and hand- knotted processes to create an distinct look and shape to your bread, also referred to as topography. 3 Size & Cut Style At this stage, you let us know the size you are targeting and we will make it happen. Choose from petite sliders to superlative burger carriers, and everything in between. During this step is also the point at which the style of cut is selected.
