■ Topical PUVA* is effective in the treatment oflocalised granuloma annulare and has good patientacceptability, say researchers from Germany. Theytreated 5 patients with localised granuloma annulareusing a regimen of methoxsalen [8-methoxypsoralen]cream applied for 30 minutes and followed byultraviolet A phototherapy 4 times weekly to thelesions.
