Inpharma 1295 - 7 Jul 2001 Topical PUVA * is effective in the treatment of localised granuloma annulare and has good patient acceptability, say researchers from Germany. They treated 5 patients with localised granuloma annulare using a regimen of methoxsalen [8-methoxypsoralen] cream applied for 30 minutes and followed by ultraviolet A phototherapy 4 times weekly to the lesions.
