A message from Coach Tod Kowalczyk:Summer is just around the corner, and that means
camp time is near. We would like to invite you and
your friends to join us at the Toledo Rocket Basketball
Camp. The camp is put on by head Coach Tod
Kowalczyk, his assistant coaches and Rocket players.
The camp is for boys from second through ninth
grade and all skill levels. During your week at Toledo
Rocket Basketball Camp, you will get tremendous
individual instruction, work hard and have a ton of
fun. After a week at Toledo Rocket Basketball Camp,
you will leave a better player! Last year was very
successful, so get in on the fun and register early.
We look forward to seeing you this summer!

Each camper receives a personal evaluation and a basketball handbook.
Lunch is not provided. The camper may bring his own lunch or pizza can be ordered from the Camp Store.
Trained medical staff will be on site during the camp.

Insurance and medical care: Each camper must be covered by his parent’s
insurance before participating in any of the camp activities. WAIVER AND
RELEASE: I do hereby waive, release and discharge TOLEDO ROCKETS
BASKETBALL CAMP, The University of Toledo, and respective staffs and
employees from any and all rights and claims for damages resulting from
injuries to my person or property that may be sustained or suffered by me in
connection with my association with, participation in, or arising out of traveling
to or from Toledo Rocket Basketball Camp. We, the parents or guardians, agree
to the above’s participation in this program including emergency and referral
services, if necessary. I have read and hereby accept the conditions described
in this flyer.
