alienated humanity to being a reconciled humanity.

foretaste of the glories to come; it is an outpost of heaven right here in our world.
Ephesians 4:1-3
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that you walk worthy of the vocation wherewith you are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love; endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

• HUMILITY ~ If we’re going to manifest a world-changing love in our church, it has got to start with self-effacement, an attack on pride, the mortification of the flesh, and the cultivation of genuine, Christ-like humility.

• GENTLENESS ~ We can’t love one another like we ought to until we’re prepared to stop demanding our own way, or rights, and submit to what will be best for the whole family.

• PATIENCE ~ Until we’re ready to show some patience in our families and forbearance in our congregation, we will not show genuine love.

• TOLERANCE ~ meaning mutual compliance and respect. You can’t live together without some sort of joint acceptance that makes space for one another, that’s willing to give and take, and not always ready to criticize every little thing.
