Refund All Hotel reservations require a deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax for each sleeping room. Deposit payments and refunds must be processed through the official AAOS Housing Bureau (Wyndham Jade). To avoid losing your hotel deposit, you must cancel your reservation prior to the cancellation policy stated on your confirmation. • Reservations cancelled Before February 12, 2018 will be issued a refund within 7-10 days. • Reservations cancelled After February 12, will be refunded 14-21 days after the AAOS Annual Meeting (March 6-11, 2018). On-site housing issues can be addressed at the AAOS Housing Desk located at the convention center starting Monday at 2:00 PM.
