Tünel kal p sistemi perde ve dö eme betonunun ayn anda dökül-mesini sa layan ve betona temas eden yüzeylerin sac olarak imal edildi i bir çelik kal p sistemidir. Tünel kal p sistemi kullan m ko-ullar na ba l olmak üzere 500 defa beton dökümü yap labilen,

kal p maliyetlerinin minimuma çekildi i, kullan lan iskele sistemleri sayesinde i çi güvenli inin maksimuma ç kar ld , her gün beton dökümünün yap labildi i bir sistemdir.Tünel kal p sistemi monolitik yap ya sahip olan; konut,

hastane,cezaevi ve yurt tipi binalar n üretimlerinde kullan lmakta-d r. Bu sistem sayesinde yap n n büyüklü üne ba l olarak iki gün-de bir ya da her gün bir kat beton dökülebilmektedir. Tunnel formwork system, is a system of steel formworks which avails simultaneous casting of concrete walls and slab of a building. The formwork surfaces that face the concrete are sheet-iron and provides a smooth surface concrete. Additional plasterind is not required. Tun-nel formwork system is a system which provides; approximately 500 castings depending on utilisation conditions, cost ef ciency, maximized labor safety by use of scaffolding systems and casting of concrete ev-ery single day.

Tunnel formwork system is used in the production of buildings like housing, jail houses, and student hostels which have monolitic struc-ture. Depending on the size of the structure, tunnel formwork system provides casting of a oor in 2 days or in a single day. The buildings which produced by tunnel formwork system are cost ef cient, resis-tant to earthquake, have minimal level of production aws and have reduced ne-structure labor costs. Tunnel formwork system is preferred for military buildings aswell.

-Casting is available with the gaps required by the statical project. It is easy to work between gaps 1,5 m. and 6,5 m.-It is the safest system known with its resistance to earthquake. Its re-sistance to eartjquake has been proven once again in the Marmara earthquake in the August of 1999.
