1. Introduction
The Learning Organization was established in August 2000, with a passion to assist and facilitate organizations and individuals, to optimize their potential through development and improvement. Our approach is hands-on, collaborative and simple; to understand the issue, identify the root cause and recommend and implement homegrown solutions based on ground realities. Our team of consultants, with over three decades of professional experience and insight, works closely with the clients as member of their teams to own the problems and the solutions. Once onboard, we work as a seamless team, delving deep to try and understand your business and the related issues and challenges. We always strive to come up with out of the box, practical and cost effective solutions in the areas of Organizational Development, Human Resources and Operations. Having worked with diverse local and international client base over the last 14 years, we are good at turning around businesses through Diagnostic Reviews, Strategic Planning, Organization Development, Executive Search and Placement, Enhanced Systems and Procedures, and Continuous Improvement Strategies.

Moved to Squibb Pakistan Limited as Manager Accounts in 1984. Joined the Aga Khan University Hospital in the Finance Department in 1986. Worked in the Internal Audit Department from 1991 to 1993. Became the Head of Training and Development Department in 1993 and continued till 1997. Joined KPMG Taseer Hadi Khalid & Co. as Head of Human Resources and Quality Management Consulting Services including Training, Consulting and Executive Search. Also conducted ISO-9000 certification and surveillance audits on behalf of AIB VinCotte a Belgian firm. Since August 2000, he is the Chief Learning Officer of his own consulting company by the name of The Learning Organization.

Has been Course Facilitator for over 500 Training Workshops on Quality Management, Human Resources and Management Skills conducted in Pakistan, UAE and USA.
