TIRAMISU RECIPE Ingredients: 1 Packet of Large Savoiardi Sponge Finger Biscuits 2 Egg Yolks 1 Pot of Italian Coffee (12 cups) 6 tablespoons of Sugar 125g Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) 600ml Whipping Cream Cinnamon for Layering and Top Grated Chocolate for Layering and Top Method: 1. Make the Italian coffee, pour into a tray and add ground cinnamon and alcohol if desired. 2. Beat egg yolks, gradually adding sugar, set aside. 3. Beat cream cheese and cream together until firm in texture. 4. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the cream cheese mixture. 5. Prepare tray by smearing a little of the cream mixture on the bottom of the tray. Dip biscuits into coffee 2/3 at a time, drain slightly by squeezing them together, then layer into tray until bottom layer is full. Then spread the cream mixture on top of the biscuits, add grated chocolate and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. Continue this for desired lays, twice or three times. 6. Chill in the fridge for approximately 1-2 hours before serving. Note: Tiramisu can also be frozen. Thaw in the fridge. Can also be eaten slightly frozen like an ice cream cake.
