6. Notification Levels:

Notification Levels are available in selected modules throughout the system. Please refer to your agency's policies when making a selection.

7. Health Tracking:

On most Health Tracking forms, the first section records the Date and the Notification Level. Choose the Notification Level according to the individual protocol and agency policy.

8. Dashboard Counts:

The To Do tab lists the work that you have to do, including your Worklist, Approve list, Review

list, Follow up list, etc. divided up by module. You can drag and drop these modules to rearrange them on the tab. Once the count for a certain module is 0, the module will disappear from the To Do tab.

Dashboard counts for modules will remain on the To Do tab for 30 days, except for the following:

Module Count Days

General Events Report Follow-up 15

Health Tracking - Appointments Worklist 30*

Individual Data form (IDF) Worklist 90

ISP Plan Acknowledge 45

T-Log High 8

T-Log Medium 5

T-Log Low 3

TMS Due/Overdue 30**

*If the Appointment Date is later than 30 days after the Appointment form has been created, thesaved Appointment form will remain under the To Do tab till the date set for Appointment Date.

**Classes appear as ‘Due’ in Classes section 30 days before the certification expires and will appear ‘Overdue’ for 30 days after the certification for the class expires.

9. Information Icon:

The ‘i’ icon will provide you with additional information about the form such as Entered By.

10. Save/Submit/Acknowledge/Send via S-Comm/Search:

Users can perform a range of actions on different modules depending on the roles assigned to them. Form actions may vary depending on different modules. The following are common actions used in Therap:

1. Save/Submit:

Save: A number of modules in Therap allow users to save a form as a draft that they canedit at a later time. You can find saved items on your worklist or via a search.

Submit: Users submit a form so that other users can view or approve the formdepending on the module.

2. Acknowledge:

In some modules you can sign off that you have read a form by clicking on the Acknowledgebutton.

3. Send via S-Comm:

In some modules users can send the forms to other authorized users of the system asattachments to Secure Communications (SComm) messages. This action can be performedby clicking on the SComm button at the bottom of the form where this feature is available.

The SComm Compose page will appear on screen. The form will be automatically attached to the SComm messages. Select recipient(s) of the message and the notification level in the H/M/L field. Enter the subject in the Subject field and type your message in the text box area below. Click on the Send button to send the SComm message.

4. Search:

To search for a saved form, use the module specific search page. Each search screen willspecify at the top of the page what is required to be filled in to complete the search.
