TIPS TO USE MACS APP

MACS Mobile A/C Diagnostics app is for android and Apple mobile devices such as tablets, or mobile phones.

It cannot be loaded on a desktop computer.

Go to the app store for the type of phone or tablet you own

For Android go to Google play storeSearch apps for MACS Mobile A/C Diagnostics

For Iphone or Ipad go to the app storeSearch under iphone apps it will work on ipadSearch for MACS Mobile A/C Diagnostics

Once the app is on your device choose sign-up and fill out all the information.

Make sure the email address you enter is correct before submitting.

If you have a .net email address please use a different email address like a .gmail address as .net is blocking emails from the app admin Shiftmobility.

Look for an email from csr@shiftmobilityemail.com this will have your log-in code

After you complete the sign up MACS willreceive a notification that you are requesting the MACS app.

If you are a member in good standing you will be approved.

This could take 24 hours.

The first time you log-in use your email address in username and the code from the shiftmobilityemail.

Your user name and password for the MACS website will not log you into the app, they are different systems.

To set a new password, look for the three lines in the top right hand corner of the menu screen on the app.

Go to settings, where you can change/set to your choice of password.

Once you are logged in and can view the menu screen, enjoy all that MACS app has to offer!
