There is no doubt that mountain biking can be dangerous.

The bike riders should be aware of the risks of bike injuries.

Here we will try to expand your awareness on how to

avoid injuries while mountain biking

AVOIDING NECK PAINS

The common pain felt by bike riders is the neck pain.

It could be a result of riding in an incorrect posture, by staying in one riding position for few hours.

1. Stretch your neck while riding: sit when your back is straight, put your arms on the top of the handlebar. Loosen your right shoulder; push your right arm down while leaning your head left. After a break, do the opposite stretch on your left side.

2. Change your riding positions. Once an hour get off your bike and stretch out.
