website launch: phase 1www.probeauty.co.nz has had a makeover! We are now in Phase One of the Launch. This means you are able to shop online and access some wonderful support files to help you train your staff and market the products you are selling.

We have included a training document with this newsletter which is extremely easy for you to follow. Please take 5-8 minutes to go through the instructions to get yourself set up.
We encourage all of our customers to please register so you can shop online and get familiar with the site as well as start receiving electronic newsletters and marketing from us once a month.
Phase 2 of the website will launch in May, this will see even more exciting tools for you to use. Make sure you stay tuned to what is happening online.
It is important that you all go to MY ACCOUNT to update your details once you have Logged In. Please follow the instructions on the hand out. It will take no more than 5-8 minutes to do this, then you will be ready to shop and utilise the wonderful information we have for you.

WHAT IS CROSS ROADS? Cross Roads is a programme developed by Pacific Island Evaluation after a need was recognised for a fully‐integrated, four stage licensing and safety resource for people in Christchurch. This need was recognised through our previous programme which took participants through an educational safety programme resulting in participants obtaining their learners license. This programme had 283 participants with one failure within 3 years. The issue identified through this programme was that after participants obtained their learners license, they never went through the stages of gaining their restricted or full license.
