Colors and textures have been matched as closely aspossible. Paper and ink limitations, as well as influence ofheat and light, account for differences from actual coat-ings. To aid in final product selection please contact yourlocal TIGER Drylac office for a powder coated samplepanel of the product of your choice.

Custom Colors: Should our vast selection of standardfinishes not be exactly what an application calls for, wewill be happy to provide custom colors (220 lb. minimumorder) with quick 7 to 10 day turn around times.
All (stock and custom) TIGER DrylacSeries 39 and Series 49 products,made in the US and Canada are peri-
odically re-certified and carry the UL (Underwriter Labora-tory) Recognized Component Mark. This UL mark is for allequipment and products intended for the US and Cana-dian market.

Fine textured and rough textured products: In order toassure adequate corrosion protection in the valleys of thetextures, it is important to observe minimum film thick-ness recommendations (see applicable datasheets).
Our best selling Bengal colors offer high gloss levels andexceptional flow properties. Products are available in 5 lb.minipacks as well as 44 lb. boxes (exceptions: BengalWhite and Black are packed in 55 lb. boxes).
Steel Rack colors were formulated as economical solu-tions to match typical industry colors for industrial ware-house racking systems. They are available in minimumorder quantities of 55 lb. Please note: SR Yellow, Orangeand Red have limited UV stability.
Our popular Series 39 Volume industry products come in avariety of color choices ranging from smooth glossy to semigloss, mattes, textures and metallics. Products are availablein 5 lb. minipacks or 55 lb. boxes (exceptions: Bronze MatteMetallic and Silver are packaged in 44 lb. boxes).
Clear Coats: A variety of choices of clear coats are available,ranging from glossy to matte. All products are available in5 lb. minipacks and 44 lb. boxes. (Also see Bengal Clear andAnti-Graffiti Clear in this brochure.)
Out-gassing Forgiving: Our OGF Products are developed forcastings, hot galvanized and forged parts, aluminum flamesprayed and other porous and out-gassing prone sub strates,such as fired clay and ceramics. Package sizes: 5 lb. minipacksand 55 lb. boxes (44 lb. for Chrome OGF). Please note: Ifstocked OFG color choices do not meet your requirements,we have an OGF additive available for purchase (in 3 lb. and30 lb. packages), which may be added to our other stockedproducts in order to make them suitable for out-gassingprone substrates. For larger quantities (220 lb. minimum) werecommend and will be happy to provide OGF custom colors.
Wrinkles provide an attractive finishing solution for elec-tronics and other metal cabinets, lighting fixtures, auto-motive accessories and more, as they offer concealmentof metal imperfections. Package sizes are 5 lb. minipacksand 55 lb. boxes.
Polyester Urethanes: A wide selection of specific qualitiesand finishes are available in a range of black. Pleaseconsult your TIGER representative for recommendationsfor your applications. Package sizes are: 5 lb. minipacksand 44 lb. boxes (except for Solar Black and Black Magic,which are packed in 55 lb. boxes). Other colors can becustom ordered.
Anti-Graffiti: Antigraffiti Polyurethanes provide excellentchemical resistance and surface hardness properties. Weoffer White and Clear as stock products. Our Clear can beapplied over any of our products to achieve a tough, clean-able surface. Please contact your nearest TIGER Drylacoffice or www.tigerdrylac.com for a brochure, includingrecommended graffiti cleaners, datasheet for application,or our certified laboratory test results. Package size: 5 lb.minipacks and 44 lb. boxes.
Exterior Mattes, Glossy’s and Rough Texture GlossyFinishes: We offer a variety of exterior textured and glossyto matte products for every application. Uses range fromeconomical automobile underbody powder coatings tohighly chip resistant automotive and marine products andshow room quality wet-paint looks. Please consult yourTIGER Drylac representative for recommendations. Prod-ucts are offered in 5 lb. minipacks and 55 lb. boxes (expectWet Black, PacCar Black and Truck Black, which are packedin 44 lb. boxes).
High Heat Resistant Fine Texture Black features a heatstability of up to 600 deg F (315 deg. C). Gloss and adhesion are subject to degradation in time. Since producthas a limited 6 month storage stability, back orders maybe necessary. Please check stock with your regional TIGERoffice. Package sizes 5 lb. and 50 lb.
Our High-Reflective White was developed for the lightingindustry and strikes a perfect balance between smooth-ness and hiding power. It offers a reflectivity value of 92 +with a gloss level of 90 or greater. Package size is 5 lb.minipacks or 55 lb. boxes.
