This Resolution adopts guidelines for computing interest on approved intervenor compensation claims pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 1801, et seq. This Resolution adopts guidelines to be followed by utilities when computing interest on approved intervenor compensation claims pursuant to Pub. Util. Code § 1801, et seq. This Resolution recommends to the California Transportation Commission for increasing funding under the California Public Utilities Code section 1231.1 to an amount of $3,765,000 to be set aside in fiscal year 2014-15 for maintaining automatic grade crossing protection devices. The Communications Division has prepared Resolution T-17402 for the September 5, 2013, Commission Meeting. This Draft Resolution affirms the rejection of Resolution T-17382, rejected by a vote of Commissioners at the March 21, 2013, Commission meeting, which resulted in the denial of Channel Islands Telephone Company’s (CITC) Rural Telecommunications Infrastructure Grant Program request, for $2,693,000. This resolution also approves $93,791.31 to reimburse the CITC for Phase 2 preparation costs, and $18,000 to increase the Energy Division’s California Environmental Quality Act review, contract No. 08PW5758.
