PDC114 Online Learning & Teaching This course introduces you to engagement and interaction for improved online learning. Find out how you can optimise the student experience through improved structure, navigation and presentation of your Blackboard sites. Explore the basic principles for creating accessible and inclusive online learning materials and how to effectively integrate technology. PDC116 Course Coordination at ECU This course is designed to support Course Coordinators with managing their course and becoming a proficient academic leader. Participants will actively engage in a holistic look of their course and be guided through curriculum alignment, course planning, review and management processes, and will develop their academic leadership skills. PDC112 On-campus Learning & Teaching This course introduces the concept of learner centred teaching, a core principle for teaching at ECU. It explores a range of lecturing strategies, how to create dynamic classrooms and build culturally inclusive learning environments. You will become informed about assessment policies, feedback practices and build practical skills that will really help you in your teaching practice, whether you teach in tutorials or in big lecture halls.
