9 Healhy Tips

1. Drink your milk.

2. Drink water before and during excercising.

3. Dont skip breakfast.

4. Base your meals on starchy foods: bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, noodles.

5. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.

6. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

7. Eat less salt, adults should 6 g per day and children

should have less.

8. Get active

9. Don’t get thirsty.
